Midfield. Signed in the 2003-04 season from Prescot Cables. Also played for Cheshire Lines in Liverpool County Combination. Made first team debut in January 2004 after impressing in reserves. Very skilful wide midfield player who began as a striker. Matt is presently the 2nd longest serving player with Burscough having made well over 100 appearances.
